This holiday season, we celebrated in style with a week of creativity, laughter, and team bonding during our Christmas Spirit Week. Each day brought a new theme and festive activities that filled the office with holiday cheer.

Here’s a look back at the highlights of Spirit Week:

Monday: Christmas Sock Day & Office Potluck

We started the week by showing off our most festive holiday socks. The office potluck was the perfect complement, with team members bringing their favorite holiday dishes to share. It was a great way to kick off the festivities together!

Tuesday: Deck Your Desk & Santa’s Little Helpers

On Tuesday, the office transformed as staff brought their creativity to the Deck Your Desk challenge, decorating their workspaces with lights, garlands, and all things festive. Our winner of the Deck Your Desk competition was Sam, pictured in the first image below, who constructed her own fireplace! The holiday spirit continued as employees dressed up as Santa’s Little Helpers, showcasing elves, reindeer, and even Santa himself.

Wednesday: Red/Green Day & Pancake Breakfast

Midweek was all about holiday tradition as we dressed in red and green to celebrate the season. We began the day with a cozy pancake breakfast, complete with all the toppings, giving everyone the fuel to power through the day.

Thursday: Ugly Christmas Sweater Day & Gingerbread House Decorating

Thursday was a day to get creative! Employees donned their most outrageous Christmas sweaters, bringing plenty of laughs and holiday spirit to the office. After work, we gathered for gingerbread house decorating, and the results were nothing short of impressive. Each house reflected the time and creativity everyone brought to the table. Our winner of the Gingerbread House competition was Morgan, pictured in the first image below!

Friday: Awkward Family Photo Day, Secret Santa Ornament Exchange, and Movie Screening

We closed out Spirit Week with Awkward Family Photo Day, inspired by the classic 1980s awkward JCPenney photoshoots. Everyone dressed the part and came together for a hilariously memorable group photo. We also exchanged ornaments as part of a Secret Santa gift exchange, where each person gave and received a thoughtful holiday keepsake. At the end of Friday, we held a movie screening where we enjoyed movie snacks and watched Elf! to cap off the week with some holiday magic.

A Special Visit from Elfie

Throughout the week, we were delighted by surprise visits from Elfie, our accounting coordinator's Elf On The Shelf who decided to give work a try. Elfie added a touch of magic to the festivities, keeping us entertained with playful antics and ensuring the holiday spirit stayed alive all week long.

Christmas Spirit Week Winner

After a week of festivities, we were thrilled to crown Sam Hite as this year’s Cheermeister! Inspired by the Grinch, the Cheermeister trophy is awarded to the person who best embodies the holiday spirit throughout the week.

Holiday Party

We ended the week with our annual holiday party, hosted at Bass Pro’s White River Conference Center. The evening began with cocktails and a delicious dinner, setting the tone for a festive night. The celebration continued with karaoke and dancing, as everyone let loose and embraced the holiday cheer. It was a night filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable memories—a perfect way to come together as a team and toast to another successful year.

May the joy of the holidays be with you as well this season and in 2025.
