As 2025 comes to a close, we at BRP Architects are taking a moment to pause, reflect, and express our gratitude for the year behind us. This past year has been shaped by inspiring projects, trusted clients, and a dedicated team whose creativity and commitment continue to drive our work forward. From early concepts to completed spaces, each collaboration has reinforced why we love what we do and who we do it with.
The most memorable moments of 2025 at BRP Architects are best captured through the voices of our partners, each reflecting on milestones that shaped the year. Chris shared that one standout accomplishment was “the opening of the Eastern Shawnee Tribal Administration Building,” noting how meaningful the project was because it “so deeply expresses the values, culture, and identity of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe.” George reflected on the firm’s internal progress, highlighting how BRP “embraced new software platforms that significantly improved our project management, coordination, and overall efficiency,” and ending the year with “strong financial performance,” a testament to the firm’s resilience.
Ben emphasized the importance of relationships and growth, sharing pride in “the expansive body of work we have completed for our longstanding clients,” as well as efforts to strengthen the firm internally through new tools and a focus on “holistic growth and experiences within the firm.” Gerri echoed the value of relationships, noting that while BRP was “blessed to continue working with strong clients,” 2025 also brought exciting opportunities through new client relationships. She described these new relationships as “a strong testament to the good quality of work our BRP team produces throughout the year.” Together, these reflections capture a year defined by meaningful projects, trusted partnerships, and continued growth.
2025 Project Highlights
Other key moments from 2025 at BRP Architects highlight the firm’s continued focus on growth—both internally and externally. Chris shared pride in several people-focused initiatives, including “the improvements to our employee benefits package, developing our internal job descriptions, and creating the career progression map,” noting that these efforts “help employees realize both their opportunities and potential.”
George reflected on the broader momentum of the year, stating that “2025 was a year of growth and momentum for BRP,” marked by welcoming “a strong lineup of new projects into the firm” and adding “several talented new team members,” all of which position the firm well for the future while reinforcing the collaborative culture we value.
Our Staff Grew
During the 2025 year, we added three more talented individuals to our team. It has been great watching them fit into the culture here at BRP.
A Glimpse Into 2026
Looking ahead to 2026, the partners at BRP Architects are energized by opportunity, growth, and the continued success of both the firm and its people. Chris shared that he is most excited about “developing internal initiatives that provide more resources and training that focus on employee success,” reinforcing BRP’s commitment to supporting its team. George echoed a forward-looking mindset, noting his excitement about “continuing to find new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and sustaining thoughtful, gradual growth that aligns with BRP’s long-term vision.”
Ben reflected on the momentum already in motion, sharing his anticipation of seeing “the very early project seeds we planted in 2025 begin to flourish in 2026,” while also looking forward to expanded team capabilities through new software platforms and, most importantly, “the continued growth of our exceptional staff.” Gerri highlighted the enduring fulfillment of the work itself, expressing excitement for “starting some new and exciting projects with our team,” and the meaningful impact of creating designs that will be used and experienced by so many people in the years to come. Together, these perspectives set an optimistic and purpose-driven tone for the year ahead.
We are incredibly thankful for the opportunities, relationships, and growth that defined 2025, and we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together. From all of us at BRP Architects, thank you for making 2025 so great and here’s to even more in 2026!
Happy New Year!
