We're Hiring: Marketing Coordinator

BRP Architects is looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Springfield, Missouri. About the Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator at BRP Architects, you will work closely with our architects and leadership team to drive brand awareness, elevate our project stories, and showcase our firm’s work across multiple platforms. From managing proposals and digital content to coordinating events and building firm culture, you'll be an essential part of promoting the BRP brand and shaping how we connect with clients, partners, and the community.

 

General Marketing and Firm Promotion:

  • Lead efforts to market BRP Architects to potential clients, communities, and future team members.

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve firm collateral materials across print and digital platforms.

  • Generate and share creative ideas to promote the firm and strengthen internal culture.

  • Assist with answering incoming calls and providing a welcoming experience for visitors.

  • Support additional marketing and administrative initiatives as needed.


Website and Digital Presence:

  • Maintain and update website content, including projects, blog articles, team bios, and awards.

  • Troubleshoot basic website functionality issues; manage domains, DNS settings, and SEO metadata.

  • Analyze website performance through Google Analytics and optimize content and strategies accordingly.

  • Manage and refine Google Ads campaigns to maximize reach and impact.


Proposal Development and Submittals:

  • Collaborate with the principal-in-charge to brainstorm proposal strategies and approaches.

  • Conduct research and reconnaissance ahead of proposal submissions.

  • Prepare and assemble Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and SF 330 forms using InDesign.

  • Maintain an organized image library and written content database to streamline proposal creation.

  • Update project lists, maps, and qualifications materials regularly to ensure relevance and consistency.


Social Media and Content Marketing:

  • Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

  • Use analytics to inform content strategy and adjust based on audience engagement and trends.

  • Research, create, and curate content to showcase projects, people, and culture.

  • Actively engage with social media audiences to boost visibility and strengthen brand presence.

  • Research emerging trends relevant to BRP’s brand and industry and recommend new strategies.


Event Planning and Firm Culture Initiatives:

  • Plan, coordinate, and promote internal firm events, celebrations, and engagement activities.

  • Organize BRP’s participation in career fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings.

  • Coordinate and track award submissions and recognition opportunities for the firm.

  • Capture and promote BRP’s involvement in community and professional events.


Photography and Video Coordination:

  • Manage project photography logistics and maintain relationships with professional photographers.

  • Coordinate and schedule staff photography, including headshots and internal office media.

  • Plan, capture, and edit photo and video content for marketing materials and social media campaigns.


Email Marketing and Content Distribution:

  • Design and send monthly newsletters through Mailchimp.

  • Write and publish at least two blog posts per month highlighting firm news, projects, and insights.

  • Maintain and update firm email distribution lists to ensure accuracy and reach.

  • Monitor campaign performance and address any email deliverability issues with the provider.


Staff Recruitment Marketing:

  • Coordinate career fair participation and manage postings to university job boards.

  • Prepare marketing materials to support recruitment efforts and events.

  • Maintain a prospective recruits list and conduct appropriate follow-ups.

  • Publicize new hires through press releases, website updates, and social media announcements.


Building and Supporting a Positive Firm Culture:

  • Plan and organize company culture activities in collaboration with firm leadership.

  • Coordinate and manage staff sports teams and other recreational groups.

  • Continually seek out and organize fun, engaging activities for employees, encouraging suggestions and participation.

 

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 1–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.

  • 0-2 years of experience in AEC industry preferred.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Canva preferred.

  • Experience working with email marketing campaign platforms; familiarity with Mailchimp preferred.

  • Experience managing social media accounts and website content (Wix preferred).

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

  • A creative eye for visual design and a passion for connecting audiences to great stories.

  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
