BRP Architects is thrilled to share that the Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson was recently awarded the 2022 Americas Development Award for Hilton Hotels & Resorts New Build. The award recognizes the exceptional achievements of owners, development partners, and hotel teams in the Americas. BRP Architects served as the architect for the project.
Hilton's annual Development Awards celebrate the resiliency and commitment of owners and team members who spread the light and warmth of hospitality. The Americas Development Awards recognize the passion, creativity, and innovative spirit of Hilton developers and owners. This year, the Hilton Development team selected 49 winners based on criteria such as quality of hotels developed and in operation, commitment to quality of projects, impact on the local community, and early adoption of newer brands.
We are incredibly proud to have been a part of the design team that helped bring this award-winning project to life. The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is located in the eponymously named development. It is a mixed-use development that emphasizes wellness and community. Our team worked closely with Nationwide Realty Investors, the hotel developer, and Hilton to envision a hotel that provides guests with a luxurious and comfortable experience while also incorporating unique design elements.
One of the key features of the hotel is its focus on guest comfort and relaxation. The hotel boasts a rooftop venue and onsite dining, as well as an outdoor resort style pool and hot tub overlooking the McDowell Mountains. The guest rooms are designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches such as large walk-in showers and a movable workspace.
