The 237-room Hilton hotel boasts amenities such as a 21,000 square foot conference center, fitness center, an indoor/outdoor bar, an event lawn, unique guestrooms, a rooftop lounge, a luxurious resort-style outdoor swimming pool, and stunning views of the McDowell Mountains and the Phoenix metropolitan area. Design features include high-performing glazing and exterior wall systems, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, water-efficient native plantings, locally quarried stone, regionally reflective artwork, and lux-casual interiors.

“It has been a great experience to implement a unique design within the context of an overall development,” says Christopher Swan, Partner-in-Charge for the project. “The collaboration among the design teams working in the development allowed us to focus on the characteristics that were unique to this particular project.”

Construction on the project is scheduled wrap up in Sept. 2022.
