Caesars Republic Scottsdale luxury brand hotel breaks ground

Caesars Republic Scottsdale ground breaking

On February 26th, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for a new luxury hotel that is coming to Scottsdale, Arizona. Caesars Republic Scottsdale, opening fall 2021, is a new lifestyle-hotel experience and the first non-gaming hotel from Caesars Entertainment in the United States.

Rendering of the hotel

The hotel will be an 11-story 265-room hotel with a height of 150 feet. Located adjacent to Scottsdale’s premier luxury retail destination, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the new concept taps into the pulse of Old Town Scottsdale to form a one-of-a-kind experience. The hotel will feature distinct guest rooms, a contemporary conference center and meeting rooms, a rooftop pool deck and lounge, and two unique dining experiences from celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis.

One of the most exciting features of the hotel will be the 7th floor pool lounge and dining concept, SEVEN, which will give guests a spectacular view overlooking Camelback Mountain. This premiere rooftop pool experience will feature a full bar and will host events throughout the year such as yoga in the morning and a champagne hour before lunch.

The hotel’s glass structure draws inspiration from those in Las Vegas, incorporating modern and thoughtful materials. These elements will complement the adjacent luxury residential communities and the newly constructed entrance to Scottsdale Fashion Square.

The BRP team is thrilled to be a part of this exciting project and cherish our longtime partnership with HCW Development, the real estate development company who teamed up with Caesars Entertainment Corporation to bring this 265-room Caesars Republic hotel to Scottsdale, Arizona.
