BRP Architects is proud to have been selected as the design firm for an upcoming Tempo Hotel, a stylish and contemporary lifestyle hotel brand by Hilton. The hotel will be situated on 0.28 acres at the intersection of First Street and Jackson Street in the historic downtown district of Fort Myers, Florida. This prime location is expected to make the hotel a sought-after destination for travelers looking for an exceptional hospitality experience in the heart of downtown Fort Myers.
The Tempo Hotel in Fort Myers is set to be a luxurious 90,000 sq. ft. property with 140 guestrooms spread across floors 2 through 9. The hotel's first floor will house a stylish café and dining area, providing guests with a variety of dining options to choose from. For business travelers or those hosting special events, the second floor will offer 2,000 sq. ft. of meeting space with multiple venue size options, making it an ideal location for corporate events, conferences, and other special occasions.
One of the standout features of the Tempo Hotel will be its top ninth floor, which will include a 910 sq. ft. fitness room, a bar, and an outdoor pool. Guests will have access to stunning views of the Caloosahatchee River, which is within walking distance of the hotel. The outdoor pool deck and interior bar will be connected by a large folding door, providing flexibility and free flow between the two areas.
The Tempo Hotel's location on First Street, the main corridor of downtown Fort Myers' restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, makes it an attractive destination for travelers seeking to experience everything that the city has to offer. It is the only developable site on this street, making it a prime location for this unique hotel project.
