Homewood Suites in Springfield Breaks Ground

On Thursday, October 3 at 11 a.m. there was a groundbreaking for the new BRP designed Homewood Suites hotel in Springfield, MO that will be built at South National and Lark street just south of Price Cutter. Some of those present included: Owner, Vipul Patel, Representing Reliance Hotels LLC, Joe Gaunt with Central Bank of the Ozarks, Bryan and January Studyvin with Cornerstone Building Systems the GC, Geoffrey Butler, AIA with BRP Architects, Kathryn Bergmann PE with Bergmann Engineering Co., Frank Zanaboni with Frank Z Design – Landscape Architect, and Jonathan Williams with CJW Transportation Engineers – Civil Engineering. This hotel will be a 5 story 122 room hotel.
