This lifestyle high-rise hotel will be located on 0.28 acres at the corner of First Street and Jackson Street in historic downtown Fort Myers. It is the only developable site on First Street, which is downtown Fort Myers' main corridor of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

The 90,000 sq. ft. hotel features a café and dining area on the first floor, 2,000 sq. ft. of meeting space on the second floor with multiple venue size options, 140 guestrooms on floors 2 through 9, and a 910 sq. ft. fitness room on the top ninth floor. Guests can also access a bar and an outdoor pool on the top floor that allow for outstanding views of the Caloosahatchee River that is within walking distance of this downtown hotel. The outdoor pool deck and interior bar are connected by a large folding door allowing for flexibility and free flow between the two areas.
