Their Vision: A new 45,000 square-foot exhibition hall divisible into three sections, and 50,000 square feet of additional exposition space in a former department store.

Our Focus: Use the sloping site to create a dramatic, two-level pre-function space connecting to a proposed hotel on one side, and the former department store on the other. Use new streetscapes and plazas to extend the pre-function space outdoors.
