Had a great morning running through the Dogwood Canyon Nature Park! What a beautiful display of the nature of the Ozarks.

Sunday
Good Sunday morning! This historic building at the corner of Walnut and Jefferson is where I like to spend my Sunday morning, The Downtown Church, where all are welcome. The music is great and the people are like family.
Butler, Rosenbury & Partners completed a renovation of the church’s hospitality area a few years ago. It was updated to be more consistent with the historic architecture of the church, while at the same time furnished with modern components, similar to the loft apartments and university facilities nearby.
After church we like to eat brunch at The Order located in the Hotel Vandivort.
Getting set up for Yoga in the Park at the historic Phelps Grove Park. It’s such a beautiful summer evening for some yoga outside.
Time for some dinner and relaxation for the last few hours of the weekend with my little lion, Alley. That’s a wrap! Thanks for following me on my weekend takeover. It sure has been fun!
