Two BR&P designed hotels recently celebrated groundbreakings this fall.
The BR&P designed Hilton Garden Inn located in St. Matthews, KY broke ground at the end of October. The five-story, 150 room hotel and restaurant will create 30 new jobs, and is scheduled to be completed in July of 2017. Features include a restaurant, a spacious bar area, meeting space, an indoor pool, and a fitness center.
The Towne Place Suites by Marriott in Chandler, AZ broke ground in September. Amenities include an exterior pool, sun deck, fire pit, exterior dining patio, fitness room, lobby, breakfast area, a business center, and boardroom. The hotel is expected to open August of 2017.
