Since our founding in 1978, we’ve designed and built more than two million square feet of patient-friendly clinics, medical offices and treatment facilities to maximize operational efficiency within the practice’s particular specialty.

Often, the pressures of a growing user results in problems that need to be addressed through expansion or reconfiguration. We have developed a reputation for recognizing the value of existing buildings and providing solutions with sensitive, intelligently-designed additions.
Destination Retail and Entertainment
When designing themed spaces it is essential to provide the customer with an experience. Our strength is in our design services and orchestrating the team.

Site Development and Planning. We provide pre-design site and other entitlement work (confirm zoning, verify utilities, traffic studies, platting, etc.) to ensure the land and/or building can be used for the intended purpose. Managing this process facilitates the development.
Building Forensics and Expert Witness Services. We are often called upon for an outsider’s professional, objective opinion.
Client Advocacy. Many clients are unfamiliar with the development and building process. We provide leadership in guiding them through the complex governmental regulatory process as well as representation with the construction industry.
