Meet BRP: Upcoming Career Fairs

Join us! BRP Architects is thrilled to be participating in multiple in-person career fairs in 2022. This is an exciting time in our office as we eagerly wait to meet students, learn about their school year, and their goals for the future.

BRP Architects is currently looking to fill Architectural Intern positions and is in search of bright, dynamic professionals who leverage their unique talent and point of view to redefine what’s possible through the power of design. With competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and work/life balance, BRP strives to offer our employees everything they need to succeed.

If you think BRP Architects could be a good fit for you, keep reading for a few reasons why we think you’d love working at BRP:

Collaborative Learning Environment

With over 43 years of operation, we are proud of the fact that we have a wide range of experience levels working in our collaborative studio. You’ll have the opportunity to work with project managers with decades of real-world experience who can help you learn and grow every step of the way.

Diverse Project Portfolio

Are you worried about getting stuck with the grunt work? At BRP you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of project types including hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, worship, industrial, preservation and adaptive re-use, among many others. This diversity brings us fresh and new perspectives for our clients and creative solutions that may not have been immediately envisioned. This also gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge in many areas of design.

Great Work/Life Balance

Another perk of BRP is flexibility. Not only do we close our offices at noon on Fridays, but we also promote a healthy work-life balance for our team members. With generous PTO, you have the time to prioritize your physical, emotional, and mental well-being (or go on that vacation you’ve been dreaming about).

Amazing Culture

Friendly, collaborative, team-oriented, willing to teach and mentor you through everything — those are just a few words we’ve heard our team use to describe the culture at BRP. We take our work more seriously than ourselves. Throughout the year, our firm likes to participate in a variety of fun activities together such as our company holiday parties, float trips, volunteering opportunities, and our annual downtown wiffleball league. We also enjoy exploring all the restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops Springfield has to offer.

If you are interested in a career opportunity at BRP Architects, we would love to meet you at one of the upcoming career fairs below. Or you can forward your resume and samples of work to Christopher Swan at
