Friday (June 5th), BR&P attended the Jordan Valley Community Health Center’s expansion celebration and dedication. With the expansion, Jordan Valley Community Health Center will be able to add 13 new providers, increasing access to pediatric, women’s health and oral health. They also could see a potential increase of 50,000 patient encounters per year, as well as serve an additional 13,500 patients with the new addition. Speakers included Mr. Bob Hammerschmidt, Dr. Andrew Chaney, Dr. John D. Bentley, Ms. Abigail Pinkele, Mr. John Twitty, and United States Senator Roy Blunt.
