The BR&P designed Holiday Inn Express & Suites in downtown Louisville is officially North America’s Best ICF Hotel for 2017. A panel of editors for ICF Builder Magazine and ICF experts across North America voted on the projects in late January. The eight-story Holiday Inn Express & Suites beat out 24 other hospitality projects to be awarded the ICF Best in Class Hotel.
The urban project, set on a congested jobsite, was erected at one floor per week. The hotel utilized ICF (insulated concrete form) which helped save six months from the construction process.
