As the Marketing Coordinator at BRP, you will work closely with our architects and other team members to develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our innovative architectural solutions to clients. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating marketing collateral, coordinating events, and responding to proposals. With a focus on driving business growth, you will play an integral role in the success of our firm.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
1-7 years of marketing experience
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficiency in social media management, graphic design, and content creation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in Springfield, MO
The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Job responsibilities include:
In General:
Focus on marketing the firm to potential clients, communities, and employees
Developed and maintain hard and on-line collateral materials and standards
Generate ideas for promoting the firm and enhancing firm culture
Answers incoming phone calls and guest relations
Other duties as requested
Maintenance and Development of Website
Maintain and update: electronic brochures, images, blog, SEO titles, website, Domain – DNS & SPF, address functional issues
Monitor and analyze effectiveness via Google Analytics
Manage and update AdWords strategies and tactics
Design and edit graphics for website
Timely Preparation of Statements of Qualifications and Proposals
Brainstorm ideas and approach with principal in charge
Perform pre-submission reconnaissance and research
Assemble in InDesign; prepare SF 330; produce and deliver SOQs to destination
Maintain image library and written content in database or another manageable format
Update project lists and maps
Edit and update continually for consistency, conciseness, and relevance
Social Media Management
Maintain an active presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, & Twitter
Consult analytics and act on data
Manage weekend takeovers who is taking over, share posts on our social media channels
Research and find or create content to post
Engage with social media audiences to increase our social media presence
Research trends as they apply to BRP, share with management, and implement
Provide Support and Coordinate Firm Presence at Events
Identify events; assist with registering BRP personnel
Maintain events calendar
Attend events and other networking opportunities
Document and publicize BRP presence at events
Promote a Positive Company Culture
Organize company culture activities, usually in consultation with a principal
Manage sports teams
Organize fun things for employees and solicit from them suggestions of fun things to do
Create Video Content:
Brainstorm and implement animations for holidays/ social media content
Animation – Motion Graphics – After Effects
Film interviews/ b- roll/ project sites
Edit with Premiere Pro
Render/ Upload / Promote
Manage Database: Update, find new emails, mine data, LinkedIn, etc.
Manage Email Marketing and Blog:
Post consistently; at least one eblast and two blog articles a month
Develop and maintain editorial calendar
Research and write posts; review with principals(s)
Identify and address eblast provider deliverability issues
Support Staff Recruitment
Sign up for job fairs
Post on university job boards
Maintain email list of recruits and contact them with follow up after fairs
Create and procure promotional materials for fairs
Produce recruitment events
Recap and follow up after fairs
New Hires
Photograph new hires
Create press release and send to contacts
Order business cards, name badges, apparel
