The BR&P designed Residence Inn by Marriott in Chandler, AZ celebrated a groundbreaking in late March. The 142-room hotel incorporates Marriott’s newest generation of design and amenities. Features include an outside swimming pool and sun deck, fire pit, exterior dining patio, fitness room, lobby, breakfast, business center and boardroom. Custom made for the Ocotillo neighborhood, guests will have access to walking paths and benches along many waterways outside the hotel. The hotel is expected to open June 2018.
