In 1978, Geoffrey founded the firm now known as BRP, which initially specialized in architecture and construction management. He has guided BRP's growth towards becoming a preeminent firm in the region, and an award-winning, nationally-ranked design firm. Today he serves as founding partner and oversees all business and project activities of the firm.

A registered architect in 19 states including Missouri, Geoffrey practices in healthcare and wellness, financial, commercial, residential, warehouse and industrial project types. He emphasizes cost-consciousness, constructability and feasibility. He also specializes in securing zoning and land entitlement for development projects.

Geoffrey is known as an assertive, candid and loyal client advocate. A highly rational decision maker, Geoffrey is a teacher and mentor to emerging professionals at BRP.
