Their Vision: An upscale, full service, suite-style atrium hotel to complement the owner's adjacent luxury hotel. A timeless, sophisticated design that relates to regional architecture and takes advantage of the last open piece of real estate on the historic Riverwalk.

Our Focus: Incorporate a series of guest rooms suspended within the atrium, and locate back-of-house and public functions to maximize space allocation, such as locating mechanical rooms under the porte cochere and a rooftop pool and spa.
