Courtyard Indianapolis Fishers

Their Vision: Develop a hotel that is walking distance from Indianapolis' Fishers District. The hotel will have immediate proximity to all the shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment that the Fishers District provides. TopGolf, IKEA and Rouff Home Mortgage Music Center are also just a short drive away.

Our Focus: Design a 145-room modern hotel in a new mixed-use development called The Station, just adjacent to the Fishers District. The exterior design of the hotel features a dynamic material palette including brick, aluminum composite panel, glass fiber reinforced concrete panels and EIFS. Inside, the hotel features an innovative lobby experience offering engaging technology as well as inviting, flexible spaces to work and relax. Other features include 2,000 square feet of adaptable meeting and event space, expansive fitness facilities, an indoor pool, outdoor patio, brand-new guest rooms with pull-out sofa sleepers, room service and a bistro bar offering sit-down meals throughout the day.
