Master of Architecture, 2026
Kansas State University
Keaton Johnson recently earned his Master of Architecture from Kansas State University, where he developed a passion for design that balances innovation, culture, and context. Originally from Carl Junction, Missouri, Keaton expanded his perspective through international study experiences in Orvieto, Italy, and Reykjavik, Iceland, where he researched and explored architecture's relationship to place and community. Inspired by iconic works such as the Acropolis in Greece and Harpa Concert Hall in Iceland, he values architecture that brings people together while expressing a deeper cultural story. Outside the office, Keaton enjoys golfing, hiking, rock climbing, and traveling. His design philosophy is guided by advice from a favorite professor: be adaptable and never be afraid to challenge convention.
