Their Vision: Add two floors to a BRP designed courthouse, with no disruption to the courts, service to the public, or security.
Our Focus: Continue planning concepts developed in the original building. Reinforce the pre-eminence of the original courthouse dome by designing the addition to appear as one additional floor and an attic.
