Bo Raasch earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and brings more than a decade of architectural experience to the BRP team. After joining Flad Architects in 2014, he spent over ten years contributing to a wide range of projects before joining BRP in 2026. Originally from Middleton, Wisconsin, Bo developed his passion for architecture through his father's influence and years spent traveling to experience notable buildings firsthand. He is particularly inspired by architecture that creates memorable experiences, citing the Unitarian Meeting House in Madison as a favorite for its masterful use of compression and expansion. Outside the office, Bo is an accomplished mixed-media artist who enjoys creating acrylic and light installations, as well as cooking, gardening, and exploring new places—especially Japan. Guided by the simple advice to "keep it simple," Bo is excited to apply his experience to new building types while creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
